BHP and BMA employees can register at any time to use the Local Buying Program for their procurement needs. Buyers will be required to validate their registrations via their BHP email. Once registered, buyers can source goods and services from Local Buying Program suppliers by raising Work Instructions.

Tier A Contractor employees can register at any time to use the Local Buying Program for their procurement needs. Buyers will be required to validate their registrations via their Tier A Contractor email. Once registered, buyers can source goods and services from Local Buying Program suppliers by raising Work Instructions.

SA: Asset President updates community

Key projects and directives being undertaken at BHP’s Olympic Dam site were the focus of an address by Olympic Dam Asset President Laura Tyler in early March.

Laura delivered her address during a community update, hosted over a light supper at the Dunes café.

Laura highlighted key projects and directives that BHP is undertaking at Olympic Dam and the surrounding areas, covering topics such as the continued focus on upgrading facilities on site, upgrades to the water pipeline servicing Roxby Downs, the new runway and airport upgrades, additional camp accommodation, and the proportions of FIFO/DIDO workforce vs. residential.

Her update was followed by a question and answer time where residents and local businesses were able to ask questions, voice their concerns and make suggestions.
