Business Singleton is proud to welcome Melinda Schneider as a special guest for our International Women’s Day Luncheon, to be held Friday 6 March 2026 at the Singleton Civic Centre.

Melinda Schneider is one of Australia’s most respected and accomplished performers, with a career spanning television, theatre and award-winning country music. In her keynote, Be Gentle On Yourself, Melinda will share personal insights on resilience, self-compassion and the importance of kindness, particularly in demanding professional and personal environments.Melinda made her acting debut at just 13 on A Country Practice and went on to achieve chart success as a recording artist, earning multiple Golden Guitars, a CMAA Award for Vocal Collaboration of the Year, and ARIA recognition. Her albums Happy Tears and Family Tree both achieved Gold status, and her collaboration Great Women of Country debuted in the ARIA Top 10.

Beyond music, Melinda has appeared on Dancing with the Stars, starred in acclaimed theatre productions, and continues to celebrate storytelling, resilience and creativity through her work, making her an inspiring speaker for International Women’s Day.
