Australian Downhole Geophysical (ADG) is a locally owned geophysical logging company. They conduct blast hole and exploration logging in the Hunter and North West Regions of New South Wales. ADG have been registered on the BHP Local Buying Program since 2017.

Early in 2024, Downhole Geophysics along with BHP Buyer, Daniel Aylett, engaged with the C-Res Business Development Advisor to provide practical steps to re-engage with the Local Buying Program to provide services.  Since then, they have been engaged by BHP Mt Arthur Coal to complete five Work Instructions.

Buyer, Daniel Aylett, says he uses the BHP Local Buying Program because it is easy to see more of the local region’s products and services that are available and already compliant with BHP’s minimum requirements. He knows that by engaging with local suppliers, he supports his local business community by contributing to its economic growth and wellbeing.
