BHP and BMA employees can register at any time to use the Local Buying Program for their procurement needs. Buyers will be required to validate their registrations via their BHP email. Once registered, buyers can source goods and services from Local Buying Program suppliers by raising Work Instructions.

Tier A Contractor employees can register at any time to use the Local Buying Program for their procurement needs. Buyers will be required to validate their registrations via their Tier A Contractor email. Once registered, buyers can source goods and services from Local Buying Program suppliers by raising Work Instructions.

Xero Basics Workshop

This course is designed for small business owners who intend to have a basic understanding of the XERO software. The following will be covered.

  • Invoicing – create invoices, customise invoice templates and apply branding themes
  • Quotations- Create quotes, customer statements and understand how to account for an inventory in Xero
  • Billing – Understand the process for managing bills, repeating bills and credit notes and how to apply full and partial payments to bills
  • Bank reconciliation – reconcile company bank accounts to the financial records

Bring your laptops along, this will be an interactive workshop to ask your questions.
