Local Buying Program Suppliers

Local businesses who have an annual turnover of <AUD$10M and a significant physical presence in the state’s eligible regions can register to participate in the Local Buying Program in that state.

Registrations are assessed on an individual basis in alignment with the Local Buying Program eligibility criteria. Once approved, suppliers will have the ability to access and respond to work opportunities (Work Instructions) in their state as they become available.

Buyers (BHP / BMA / Stanmore)

BHP / BMA / Stanmore employees can register at any time to use the Local Buying Program for their procurement needs. Buyers will be required to validate their registrations via their BHP / Stanmore email. Once registered, buyers can source goods and services from Local Buying Program suppliers by raising Work Instructions.

Buyers (Tier A Contractors)

Tier A Contractor employees can register at any time to use the Local Buying Program for their procurement needs. Buyers will be required to validate their registrations via their Tier A Contractor email. Once registered, buyers can source goods and services from Local Buying Program suppliers by raising Work Instructions.

NSW: 2021 Upper Hunter Inspirations Conference * Proudly supported by the NSW Local Buying Foundation

The Upper Hunter Inspirations Conference is a full day event being staged in May 2021 by the Muswellbrook Chamber of Commerce and Industry Inc.  With the region slowly recovering and rebuilding from the recent drought, bush fires, and now the COVID-19 Pandemic, the theme for the event will be focused on Bouncing Back – Bouncing Forward.

A mix of local and international presenters will bring a positive, upbeat, and inspirational message on how to overcome challenges and change, the event is expected to attract a large number of delegates.

The event will the first of its kind held in the Upper Hunter given its style, theme, and presentation.
The target audience has been made deliberately broad to include business owners, managers, staff, and the general public.
