This workshop provides an outline of tips and tools to assist in negotiating terms, writing contracts, ensuring compliance and reporting on outcomes. This workshop is delivered by contract managmeent specialist Adjunct Associate Professor Todd Hutchison. He is also an executive of commercial law firm Balfour Meagher and has fellowships with the Governance Institute of Australia, Leadership WA, Australian Institute of Management, Australian Institute of Project Management and the Project Management Institute.
